Atrios alerts us to the sad reality that the braindead right is still flogging the so-called "success stories" in Iraq (alternatively known as "Legends of the Reconstruction"). For example, there are at least 2,160 extant copies of an e-mail of "indeterminate origin" (as Atrios puts it; see his post and click the Google link) listing an impressive assortment of accomplishments that our "liberal MSM" refuses to report. Maybe that's because the list is assuredly total bullshit? Could it be that they know better? Lara Logan does.
