Foregone Conclusion?

Why bother with the Senate floor vote? Our liberal media have already divined the outcome:

Senate Panel Votes Along Party Lines to Endorse Alito - New York Times

WASHINGTON, Jan. 24 - The Senate Judiciary Committee voted strictly along party lines today to endorse Judge Samuel A. Alito Jr. for a seat on the Supreme Court, sending the nomination to the full Senate, where confirmation is all but certain.
Are you listening, Dems? They're laughing in your face. Time to turn the tables, turn around, drop trow, and moon the sum'bitches. (It's legal in MD, isn't it? How about DC?)

IT'S FILIBUSTERING TIME!!!!
