SAN DIEGO -- Federal prosecutors today reaffirmed their recommendation that disgraced ex-Rep. Randall "Duke" Cunningham (R-Rancho Santa Fe) serve the maximum 10 years in prison, rejecting his bid for a lighter sentence because of his status as a war hero.
