If it hadn't been for 9/11 (which happened well into Dubya's watch, by the way), Bush would have left office after a single term as the most wildly unpopular president in modern history. Now that the delirium has started to wear off, Americans are returning to their earlier, correct impression of Bush the Incompetent. Time to get really worried about war with Iran.
