IN CONGRESS

We the Congress
of the United States
in order to cement the GOP hold on power,
ensure domestic servility,
provide for the defense of torture,
promote the Generals who cover it up,
and secure the blessings of power and job security
to ourselves and our cronies,
do hereby disdain
this Constitution.
