Specter’s Sham Legislation Touted By The Media As A White House ‘Concession’Darlin' Arlen (I tried to convince PA Dems in 2004 that it was a bad idea to vote for him....) tries to dance once more on the razor's edge (a locus that, in a sane world, would have sliced him in half long ago) by posing as a defender of the Constitution while giving away the crown jewels to Dubya and his Gauleiters.
