The money quote from Judge Taylor's ruling:

These secret authorization orders must, like the executive order in that case [Youngstown Sheet & Tube v. Sawyer], fall. They violate the Separation of Powers ordained by the very Constitution of which this President is a creature.

The Bush assministration's claims to be above the Constitution are clearly absurd since the office exists only because of that very same Constitution. Clearly, Bush is attempting to exalt the creature over the Creator. Arrogant scumbag.
