Neocon nutjob Billy Kristol formally joins the ranks of the clinically insane (even though he's been nuts for years now) with his comments about Ned Lamont. Why do Kristol, Cheney, and their conservative comrades hate democracy? Why do they hate our freedoms? Why do they hate America? Because that's what it comes down to. When high-ranking elected officials show their utter disdain for the democratic electoral process, and bought-and-paid-for political pundits nod approvingly, it's long past time to start worrying about the future of the Land of the Free.

Today on Fox News Sunday, Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol called Cheney’s remarks “indisputably correct.” Kristol said that anyone who advocates redeployment of U.S. troops from Iraq is helping al-Qaeda.
