Once upon a time...
...in the land of Hypocrisia, there was a Congress that was inordinately obsessed with lies told to them by a Democratic president concerning his cigar smoking habits. So obsessed were they that they had him impeached.
Today, in the same land, now known as Iokiyar, a Republican administration rules. This same Congress (or at least those of the Republican faith who held office during the Eight-Years War, otherwise known as the War of the Clenis) has come to see that such obsessions are but childish partisanship, sour grapes, and anti-American.
Aren't we fortunate to have such noble grownups to rule over us?

Six days earlier, the FBI sent Gonzales a copy of a report that said its agents had obtained personal information that they were not entitled to have. It was one of at least half a dozen reports of legal or procedural violations that Gonzales received in the three months before he made his statement to the Senate intelligence committee, according to internal FBI documents released under the Freedom of Information Act.
