Anheuser-Busch Agrees to Be Sold to InBev - NYTimes.com

Anheuser-Busch agreed on Sunday night to sell itself to the Belgian brewer InBev for about $52 billion, a person briefed on the matter said, putting control of the nation’s largest beer maker and a fixture of American culture into a European rival’s hands.

At least the Belgians still remember how to brew beer. Bud is little more than chilled piss with a kick (and a piss-poor kick at that).
