We here at DailyKos criticize Democratic office-holders and office-seekers all the time, but rarely have I seen the level of how dare you question? hostility as with the response to the front-paged stories offering skepticism towards Caroline Kennedy's pursuit of a Senatorial appointment.

Indeed. How dare the dirty-fucking-hippie hoi polloi in general and [gasp!] filthy far-left bloggers in particular question their betters in the Democratic aristocracy? Why, the corpuscles of good governance run thick in the veins of every Kennedy, as they do in the veins of every other scion of the Great Democratic Royal Houses! Now, silly clots, get back to your allotted duty of raising millions of dollars for us to play with.
