Rice Meets With Egyptian President, Then Opposition
CAIRO, Feb. 22 -- Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice held private talks with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak Wednesday and then met with a small group of dissidents and democracy activists who complained bitterly about Mubarak's efforts to limit political freedom.
