Lindsey Graham (news, bio, voting record), R-S.C., in line with other Republicans and the White House on how terrorist suspects should be prosecuted. [WTF??? John McCain (news, bio, voting record), R-Ariz., helped Democrats push a bill through the Armed Services Committee that Frist said doesn't come close to what the White House wants or what is needed to let CIA officials interrogate suspected terrorists without fear of lawsuits. Getting his GOP members in line "is a fundamental challenge from a leadership standpoint," said Frist, a potential candidate for president in 2008.
